Troy Piccone was born just outside of New York City. He has had 14 years experience working in the field of real estate in the US and Mexico. He realized there wasn't one place where you could go to get rentals from $500 - $3000+, short and long term so he started out on his own 6 years ago. San Miguel Rentables has been successful working with owners and renters ever since.  

Donald and Joan Novell After 12 years as Licensed Realtors in Palm Beach, Florida, Don and Joan started working as Realtors here in San Miguel de Allende when they chose it as their home 5 years ago. They decided to concentrate on representing buyers and sellers of homes and land.

When they met honest and easygoing Troy Piccone of San Miguel Rentables, they decided that working with his professional approach and concentration on rentals would enable them to offer landlords and renters a path that would ease their effort. 

Joan and Don are excited about their new relationship with Troy and look forward to servicing their clients with this “Value Add” approach which benefits both landlords and renters.
