Troy Piccone was born just outside of New York City. He has had 18 years experience working in the field of real estate in the US and Mexico. He realized there wasn't one place where you could go to get rentals from $500 to $3000+, short and long term so he started out on his own 13 years ago. San Miguel Rentables has been successful working with owners and renters ever since.

Born in Switzerland, Pascal is French/American and has been a resident of San Miguel de Allende for 20 years. When asked where he’s from, he says San Miguel. He knows almost every side street of his beloved town. He started as a language teacher and has taken on many other projects over the years.
As an artist and real estate advisor, Pascal understands San Miguel from an inside perspective: its culture, its neighborhoods, and what turns a house into a home.
