Casita La Granja is a very large, free standing modern studio home. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, a compact fridge and a regular size refrigerator. There is a full bathroom and a hook up for a washer and dryer. There is a parking place in a carport and utilities except for internet.
Regarding the internet…the modem is included but the tenant pays and can choose speed (approximately 600-1200 pesos per month).
The bedroom area is large and the living area is light and bright due to the floor to ceiling windows. This lovely enclave is on the road to Cieneguita just past the train tracks and the Shell station. It is a gated and locked community within a horse ranch enclave. Lots of fresh air, pastures and stables. Pets are very welcome.
